“Currently, we are restoring the liberated territories. Implementation of the large-scale state program has already been started. We hope that we can return more than 1 million of our compatriots, refugees and IDPs who suffered from Armenian occupation to their lands,” President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in his speech at the opening of VIII Global Baku Forum - "The World after COVID-19", APA reports.
“This war showed that sooner or later, power or justice will prevail. You should be ready, you should be devoted to your work, and you should have an international legal frame and great support of your people to. When it comes to our military opportunities, this was the main reason for the resolution of the conflict. Now the conflict has ended. As I mentioned, construction works have started,” the head of the state noted.
