On July 2, information has been received that Omar Aghazade, who was a resident of Hajigarvand village of Tartar region and born in 2018, got head injuries with a wooden shovel at about 7:00 p.m, Tartar District Prosecutor's Office told APA.
Omar Aghazade died from injuries at the hospital, where he had been placed on July 3, 2020.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, the incident site was immediately reviewed by employees of the Prosecutor's office and police, as well as other necessary processual measures have been taken.
Expertise has been determined regarding the fact.
According to the initial investigation, valid suspicions have been determined on the commitment of the crime by Tartar resident Elmir Huseynov (born in 1988).
