Female prosecutors appointed to two regions - For first time in Azerbaijan

The female employees of the prosecutor’s office were advanced up the ranks and were appointed to positions of independent regional prosecutors for the first time in the history of the Prosecutor’s Office of the independent Azerbaijan, the Press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office told APA.

By relevant decrees signed by the General prosecutor, the assistant to the prosecutor of Nizami district of Baku City Saadat Rustamova was dismissed from her current position and was appointed to the position of Gobustan region, while the chief prosecutor-methodologist of the Department for control of implementation of laws in investigation, trial and operation and search activity of justice, customs and tax agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office was dismissed from her current position and was appointed to the position of prosecutor of Zangilan region.
