Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey will implement the examination of the food products in accordance with their level of risk in order to ensure security and efficiency of the food products during the import and export, it has been reflected in the draft law "On approval of Agreement "On cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Government of the Republic of Turkey in field of food safety", which is recommended to a plenary meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament, APA reports.
In accordance with the draft law, the parties will agree to implement the examination of the imported food products in accordance with the food control system based on risk assessment in the manner prescribed by the national legislation of the countries.
