“Earlier, such oil existed only in Azerbaijan (Naftalan). People were cured by that oil. Evenm foreigners often travelled to this country. We had visited Naftalan with academician Ivan Nesterov. It was revealed that such oil almost finished. However, we gathered information about the composition of that oil. Later on, we carried out experiment in in Yamal oil field. We revealed that this is curative oil. Introduction of oil in the curative form needs 10 years. However, we need president’s order to realize this project. We know that nothing works n Russia without his personal participation”, Sitnikov said.
The president also noted that cancer may also be cured by such oil.
