The court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan has today held a hearing on the case of former Deputy Defense Minister Manvel Grigoryan and his wife, Nazik Amiryan, APA reports citing news.am.
The Court has rejected the request of the lawyer of the for Armenian former deputy defense minister Manvel Grigoryan, Levon Baghdasaryan to release him on bail.
The lawyer presented an application at the meeting.
The court found the application unfounded.
Note that Manvel Grigoryan is accused of illegal possession of weapons and ammunition, embezzlement and misappropriation of other people's property on an especially large scale.
