The UK's Defence Secretary Ben Wallace says Putin's decision to mobilize military reservists to support the war in Ukraine shows that his invasion is failing, APA reports citing BBC.
"He and his Defence Minister have sent tens of thousands of their own citizens to their deaths, ill-equipped and badly led," he writes in a statement posted by the Ministry of Defence on Twitter.
"No amount of threats and propaganda can hide the fact that Ukraine is winning this war, the international community is united, and Russia is becoming a global pariah."
