Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan disclosed data related to voters turnout as of 17:00 in the voting process at today's parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Farid Orujov, head of information center under the CEC Secretariat stated that 2 389 754 people have already cast their ballots as of 17.00, which means 44.84 % of the total number of eligible voters across the country.
Note that snap elections to Milli Majlis (Parliament) started at 08.00 and will end at 19.00.
Besides that preliminary information will be provided regarding the process and results of voting at 19.00 by information center under the CEC Secretariat.
