A number of buildings were decorated with flags in Baku and some regions of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, APA reports.
A number of residential and non-residential buildings in the capital (Caucasian hotel chain, AFB Bank, Pullman Hotel, Libraff bookshop, Caucasus Business Center, Capital Tower, , Crescent Development, Dars Evi, some restaurants, shops, business centers, etc.) have been decorated with three colored Azerbaijani flags in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Republic, expressing pride in connection with the glorious history of the People's Republic, the first democratic republic of the East, and expresses respect and reverence for the state and state symbols.
According to the order of the President of the country, 2018 declared the Year of Republic in Azerbaijan.
In this respect, a series of events are held throughout the country, including some foreign countries.
