"Turkey will start anti-terrorist operations on the ground at the most appropriate time," said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, APA's correspondent in Istanbul reports.
He also noted that air operations in northern Syria and Iraq continue without interruption.
"Our operations conducted with aircraft, artillery, and UAVs are just the beginning. Our determination to close all our southern borders from Hatay to Hakkari with a safety strip against attacks is stronger than ever,” Erdogan said.
