"Even a single stone can not be moved from its place, put on another place in this land without general coordination, general scientific approach today," said Special Representative of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in the liberated territories (except Shusha) included in Karabakh economic region Emin Huseynov at the panel meeting on "Contributions of Azerbaijani Diaspora to restoration and reconstruction of Karabakh" within the framework of the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis in Shusha today, APA reports.
He said, however, that scientific approaches are needed in this regard: “I call on all of you at the congress today. We need scientific approaches, the latest innovations, and technological advances. The reconstruction process that is underway in Karabakh and the liberated territories today is not written in any textbook. It has no special program or instructions. Today, we are in the midst of these processes. In this regard, it is important for us to be mobilized and act systematically. Shusha is a very small city, and while speaking about the scale of the restoration of Karabakh, we should look at Agdam and Fizuli, which were almost wiped off the face of the earth. We have hundreds of ruined villages and settlements. But despite all of these factors, the Azerbaijani people are used to building.
