"The whole world knows what Turkiye has done for the liberation of Karabakh," said Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay, APA's correspondent in Istanbul reports.
He noted that they are trying to implement the concept of what we call "One Nation - Two States" with Azerbaijan in all areas.
Oktay also commented on the resolution of the French Senate regarding Azerbaijan:
"These lands were under occupation for 30 years, everything was razed to the ground, nothing was planted, and they destroyed the garden of Karabakh. Armenians themselves never moved to this area since the intention was different. Now, after 30 years, the real owners of these lands are coming back, and France says that this is the land of Armenia, Azerbaijan, get out of here, or we will apply sanctions against you," he stressed.
