Azerbaijani Parliament to ratify Agreement on facilitation of transit customs procedures within the framework of BTK railway

Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis (Parliament) will ratify the Agreement "On the initial exchange of information for the facilitation of transit customs procedures within the framework of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Government of Georgia and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye", APA reports.

The draft law in this regard was put to discussion at the online meeting of the Milli Majlis' Committee for Economic Policy, Industries, and Enterprising of held today.

After the discussions, the draft law "On approval of the Agreement "On the initial exchange of information for the facilitation of transit customs procedures within the framework of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Government of Georgia and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye" was recommended to the plenary session.
