Azerbaijani Defense Minister attends graduation ceremony of Turkish Land Forces Academy
Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov`s working visit to Türkiye continues, the ministry told APA.
As part of the visit, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov visited the Turkish Military Academy of the Land Forces to take part in the next graduation ceremony.
Before the ceremony attended by the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Türkiye, Yashar Güler, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Tűrkiye, Rashad Mammadov, and other officials, a memorial photo was taken at the academy's "Shehid qapısı" (the door of Shehids) in front of the plaque with the names of Azerbaijani and Turkish Shehid graduates.
The President of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, spoke at the ceremony and congratulated the graduates on the occasion of graduation.

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov is on a working visit to fraternal Türkiye at the invitation of the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Yashar Guler, Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan told APA.
Colonel General Zakir Hasanov will take part in a number of events to be held on August 30- Victory Day of Türkiye.
As part of the visit, the Defense Minister is also scheduled to participate in graduation ceremonies held at special educational institutions subordinate to the National Defense University of the Republic of Türkiye.
