The President of the Republic of Peru Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra congratulated the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The letter of congratulation reads:
