Amount of Presidential pension for persons with disabilities increase

Amount of Presidential pension for persons with disabilities is increased, The member of Legal policy and state building committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament Kamal Jafarov told APA.

Kamal Jafarov has noted to repeal Article 19 of the law "On labour pensions" (additions to the insurance part of labour pensions) and, consequently, to make changes in other laws.

It is proposed to increase the amount of the pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan from AZN 250 to AZN 400 for persons with first- degree disability, from AZN 230 to AZN 350 for persons second -degree disability, from AZN 210 to AZN 300 for third-degree disability. In addition to pensions, these individuals also receive an allowance or pension on a monthly basis.

For general reasons, it is proposed to increase the President's pension from AZN 100 to AZN 130 for people with first degree disabilities. In addition to pensions, these people also receive allowance or pension on a monthly basis.

The pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the amount of AZN 50 will be provided for those caring for persons with first-degree disabilities.

AZN 8,800, AZN 6,600 and AZN 4,400 insurance payments will be made to servicemen with disabilities, depending on the degree of disability.
