Operative Task Force, established under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan seriously investigates all information, released in mass media and received with citizen’s appeals on coronavirus and reacts operatively, Operative Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
The information reads that video-material, disseminated in social media on March 1 and reflecting doctors in special uniform nearby Icharishahar metro station was taken on the basis of information received from citizens during hospitalization of the person, suspected of the virus: “Any person, who is taken under doctor control with coronavirus suspicion or appeals to the Emergency medical service, is taken to hospital by the doctor in the special uniform from where they are. These images don’t mean that new coronavirus-hit patient has been found in the city, but is a part of preventive measures,
If any new coronavirus case is recorded in the country, the public will be informed in this regard.
We call on citizens once more not to make artificial agiotage and follow the news, which has been released by official sources."
