Fungi found in albukhara brought to Azerbaijan from Iran

Inspectors of Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan have inspected 2.75 tons of dried albukhara produced by “Trading MIREBRAHIM SEYED ALAEI” enterprise operating in the Islamic Republic of Iran and imported to our country by Nuriyev Ariz Arzuman oglu, the FSA told APA-Economics.

During the inspection, samples of imported product have been taken and presented to the laboratory of Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute. As a result of the inspection, mold fungi has been discovered in the products.

Agency has prevented the entrance of the unfit products for consumption to sale network. Currently, relevant measures are being conducted in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
