Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ms. Sabina Aliyeva made a statement on the 2nd anniversary of the first attack of the Armenian armed forces on the center of Ganja, the second largest city of Azerbaijan with an ancient history, using an operational-tactical ballistic missile complex, the Ombudsman Apparatus told APA.
Noted in the statement that as a result of the terrorist acts committed by Armenia during the Patriotic war in Ganja city which places far away from the territory where the military operations were carried out, 26 civilians, including women and children, died and 174 people injured.
