BOS Shelf Company being the exclusive operator of the Heydar Aliyev Baku Deep Water Jacket Factory (BDWJF) has completed construction of Garabagh steel jacket considered the largest sub-sea plant for oil and gas production in the history of the Caspian Sea, said in his statement to journalists Nazim Huseynov, deputy director of the company, APA-Economics reports.
He said the implementation of such a significant project for the country can’t but cause the feeling of pride.
"We are pleased to inform that the construction of the Garabagh steel jacket has been completed and the loading of the structure onto STB1 barge has been started, and thereafter the steel jacket will be transported to the offshore field", N. Huseynov noted.
