In January-August of this year, volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia made up USD 1,780 bln. which is 3,9% more in comparison to the same period of 2020, according to the calculations of APA-Economics based on the indicators published by the State Customs Comitee.
During the reporting period, volume of export was USD 545,051 mln. which is 17.6% more in annual comparison. Import was USD 1,235 mln., 1.1% less in annual comparison.
As a result, in the first eight months of 2021, a negative trade balance of USD 690,180 mln. appeared, which is 12.2% less in annual comparison.
