In 2015 the bank bought CJSC’s securities with the nominal value of AZN 2.5 billion. Totally, the bank has bought AZN 10 billion-bonds from Agrarcredit CJSC. Date of last payment is 2045. Payment of these securities is guaranteed by the state.
Those securities have been bought upon the decree of Azerbaijani president on “normalization measures for preparation of IBA’s state-owned shares for privatization” and “confirmation of issuance, volume, period and terms of payment of shares to be issued by Agrarcredit CJSC under the state guarantee.
