Letter addressed by Azerbaijani FM regarding Bashlibel tragedy to the Secretary-General circulated as UN document

Letter, which was related to the purposeful killing of Azerbaijani citizens by Armenian armed forces in Bashlibel village of Kalbajar in April of 1993 as a result of Armenia's aggressive policy and addressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov to the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, on initial results of the criminal case, currently conducted by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been circulated as a document of the UN General Assembly and Security Council, press service of the MFA told APA.
