Chairman of Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has visited Takagaya and Soyug regions, which are considered main defense fortifications of the Autonomous Republic, interested in the organization of service on the frontline and domestic condition of the personnel, APA reports.
Chairman of Supreme Assembly noted that protection of borders of our country is the main duty of our army set ahead: "Taking into consideration that here is a strategic area, a decision was adopted on the establishment of posts and organization of service in 2014. It is for nearly 7 years that Azerbaijani soldier delivers service in a difficult mountainous area uninterruptedly, implements tasks successfully."
V. Talibov noted that service in the height of 3,700 meters requires courage and determination, maintenance of such strategic highland demands great heroism: "You implemented these and showed that Azerbaijani soldier is able to implement given instructions."
