A number of preventative measures for prophylaxis of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) are being implemented at “Baku Telephone Communication” LLC and the communication services centers, the automatic telephone stations functioning under it, “AzEuroTel” telecommunication operator, and “Azerrabitelayihe” LLC, the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies told “APA-Economics”.
"Hot line" service (598 38 99 and 598 46 99) has been established, and its functioning in 24/7 mode has been ensured. The "Hot line" employees have been briefed about virus infection. The arrangement of disinfection works in the enhanced working mode has been started at the service centers, institutions and branches subordinated to “Baktelecom”. In order to collect information precisely and timely, the hotline employees have been instructed to notify the dispatcher center every day till 9:20 p.m. about the employees of “Baktelecom” admitted to hospitals with diagnosis of respiratory diseases, as well as the appeals related to coronavirus and received by the hot line service.
