At least 47 people have been killed and another 380 wounded in clashes in Sudan, the country's Doctors Association stated, APA reports citing Teletrader.
According to media reports, three United Nations employees are among the fatalities.
Earlier in the day, a Sudanese para-military group said it seized control over the country's presidential palace in Khartoum, as well as three airports.
The global community has expressed concern about the situation in Sudan and urged all sides to stop the violence.
