Azerbaijan reduces oil production

In January- July of this year, according to the operative information, 20,5 mln. tones of oil (together with condensate) was produced in Azerbaijan, Ministry of Energy told APA-Economics.

Oil production (together with condensate) was 1,4 mln. tones less in comparison to the related period of the previous year.

14 mln. tones of oil produced in the country fell on share of Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, 2,2 mln. tones to Shah Deniz. Production over SOCAR made up 4,3 mln. tones.

In 7 months 16,9 mln. tones of oil (together with condensate) was transported to export. It is 1,4 mln. tones or 7,6% less in comparison to January-July of 2019. 16,2 mln. tones of oil condensate were transported over consortium, while 0,7 mln. tones were transported to export over SOCAR.
