Azerbaijan transported more than 191 million tons of oil through Turkey in January-November

About 191, 56 mln barrels oil has been transported through the territory of Turkey via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in January-November of this year, and this is 11,2% less than in comparison to the relevant period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing BOTAS, a Turkish pipeline operator.

215,61 mln barrels oil has been transported through Turkey via pipeline in January-November of 2019.

Note that 235 243 thousand barrels oil has been transported through the territory of Turkey via BTC last year, and this is 8,03 % less than in comparison to 2018.

Oil produced in Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli fields of Azerbaijan is imported via BTC. Besides that, the oil of other producers is also transported to Turkey via pipeline.
