Russian MFA comments on new US sanctions

"Sanction course of the US against Russia does not meet interests of people of the country. The activity of the Biden Administration shows it's not being interested in normalization of relations with Russia," said an official of the Russian Foreign Ministry (MFA) Maria Zakharova at today's briefing while commenting on new US sanctions against Russia, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.

“Such an aggressive behavior will surely have a decisive response. Russia’s response to the US sanctions will be inevitable. Washington should understand that it will be needed to answer for the degradation of bilateral relations. The United States of America is fully responsible for the occurrences,” stressed a Russian MFA Official.
