"Yerevan has always considered the normalization of relations with Ankara as a window for development," said President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
He added that he sees positive trends in relations between the two countries.
"The special representatives of Turkiye and Armenia are holding meetings. I see positive trends even in the field of propaganda and information, and I believe that we will establish civilized, normal, and predictable friendly neighborly relations", said Khachaturyan.
Notably, the Turkish-Armenian border has been closed since 1993.
