Russian President Vladimir Putin accused the West on Wednesday of "nuclear blackmail" against Russia and warned Moscow also has "various weapons of destruction" and is ready to use "all means available" to defend itself, APA reports citing Tele Trader.

"I am not bluffing," Putin insisted.

After announcing partial mobilization in the country, the Russian leader asserted that there are plans in Washington and Brussels to move the military conflict from Ukraine into the territory of Russia. He also claimed some "high-ranking" officials from NATO countries talked about the possibility of using nuclear arms against Moscow.
