Shahmar Movsumov - Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on economic issues, assistant to the First Vice-President Andrei Sipilin, Health Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev, Deputy Health Minister Viktor Gasimov, Chairman of Board of Azerbaijan's State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance Zaur Aliyev, the head of Excecutive power of Sumgait city Zakir Farajov, the head of Executive Power of Ganja city Niyazi Bayramov, the head of Executive Power of Masalli region Shahin Mammadov, the head of Executive Power of Jalilabad district Namig Zeynalov, the chief doctors of those cities and regions, as well as the heads of 4 large hospitals involved in the treatment of coronavirus patients in Baku have attended the discussion.
