“The promotion campaign is going on in social networks”, said Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of Central Election Commission (CEC) at the press conference held today at CEC, APA reports.
The CEC chairman said it is not possible to fight against social networks: “On the contrary to the date shown in the calendar plan, the pre-election promotion process started just on December 5. The CEC turns blind eye on this incompliance. We haven’t lost anything due to this. Thanks to this the community could contact the candidates”.
