Turkiye responded to the attack (as a result of the terrorist attack on Istanbul's Istiklal Street - ed.) that killed six innocent people by destroying terrorist targets in the north of Iraq and Syria, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, APA's correspondent in Istanbul reports.
He noted that Turkey knows the identity of all terrorists and their place.
"We also know very well who is sponsoring, arming, and encouraging terrorists. No one can prevent or oppose us from drawing the safety lane where necessary, in the areas, attacks on our borders and citizens continue," he said.
