Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba spoke at the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council held in Brussels today, APA reports citing his Twitter account.
Kuleba said at the meeting which he attended through video conferencing at the invitation of EU High Representative Joseph Borrell, he talked about Ukraine's membership in the EU, military aid and tanks, sanctions on Russia, including issues related to the missile industry, and the nuclear sphere.
"We need bold, decisive, and audacious steps to secure Ukraine’s victory in 2023.," Kuleba posted.
