Nominal income grows by 21.2 percent in Azerbaijan

During the period of January-September the incomes of Azerbaijani population reached AZN 7.4bn at face value which represents a 21.2% or AZN 1.3 m on the same period last year.
State Statistical Committee told APA that per capita income grew by 19.8% to AZN 888 during this period. The average monthly income per capita was AZN 98.7 ($109.6).
The populationâ€™s income after taxes, compulsory charges and voluntary membership dues amounted to AZN 6.5bn. This figure is a 21.7 percent rise on the same period last year.
Of the incomes, people spent 70.3% for consumption expenses 11.7% for taxes, social insurance and voluntary membership dues and 18% for increasing savings and capitals. /APA/
