The administrators may take several measures in order to increase the capital.
According to these measures, the administrator will transfer the deposits of bank’s shareholders and relevant persons to the Tier 1 capital (in the amount of deficit).
Moreover, the administrator may transfer the subordinated loans granted by shareholders to the bank from Tier 2 capital to Tier 1 capital.
At the same time, the administrator may sell bank’s subsidiaries, properties and other assets or put them in pledge.
