Today, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CBA) held a presentation ceremony of banknotes dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, APA reports.
At the event, video of new banknotes was presented to the participants.
Speaking at the event, the Governor of CBA Taleh Kazimov announced the circulation of banknotes dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Noted that on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, CBA announces that for the first time in the history of Azerbaijan, investment-purpose banknotes made of high-quality Azerbaijani gold will be put into circulation from May 10, 2023.
