During the CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting special attention to be paid to attempts at heroizing Nazism

The meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will be held on May 12, said Maria Zakharova,s spokesperson for the Russian MFA at a briefing, APA's Moscow Bureau reports.
According to her, the meeting will be held through video-conferencing.
M. Zakharova revealed the issues that will be discussed at the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CIS countries.
According to her, the meeting participants will exchange views on issues on the international and regional agenda: “The instructions regarding joint cooperation issues against the spread of coronavirus will be discussed at the meeting. Special attention will be paid to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, distortion of history, and heroizing Nazism. Several decisions aimed at deepening of cooperation on law enforcement agencies, culture, humanitarian and other fields are expected to be adopted at the meeting.”
M. Zakharova noted that the meeting will also approve a plan of consultations between the foreign ministries for 2020.
