“Some forces are not interested in the normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations,” Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, APA reports.
According to the minister, the opposing side should be called on, serious warnings should be made, and provocations should be ended: “They will not achieve anything in this way. The Azerbaijani side’s position is constructive and fair. All issues should be solved, can be solved, and will be solved within the laws of Azerbaijan and respect to Azerbaijan’s sovereignty.”
Foreign Minister noted that a person from outside does not have the right to appeal to ethnic Armenians living in the territories of Azerbaijan.
“Ethnic Armenians have the right to live in these areas within the laws of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani state recognizes it,” added the minister.
