Area of territories cleared of mines in liberated lands was unveiled, said Deputy Chief of the Operational Headquarters of the ANAMA Idris Ismayilov, APA reports.
He said that as a result of demining activities carried out by ANAMA, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Emergency Situations, State Border Service and 4 local companies, 36 035 hectares of territory were cleared of mines and Unexploded Ordnance (UXO).
According to him, 60983 mines and UXOs were found during demining and neutralized.
"Currently, demining activity is underway in all territories, liberated from the occupation," said Idris Ismayilov.
