Russia does not observe any actions to deliberately delay the exchange of prisoners of war and bodies of those killed by the participants in the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, however, there are objective difficulties for progress in this process, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday at a press conference following a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the countries participating in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO CFM) in an online format, APA reports quoting TASS.
“It is difficult to talk about any deliberate steps to drag out this process [exchange of prisoners of war and the bodies of the dead], we do not see them. But the fact that there are objective difficulties that now, I hope, will be resolved faster, is a fact, ”Lavrov noted.
