Establishing the Turkish-Russian Joint Center for Monitoring the Agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh is underway in the Agdam region of Azerbaijan, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense said, APA reports quoting Anadolu.
“In accordance with the Memorandum signed by Turkey and the Russian Federation on the events in Azerbaijan, steps are being taken to quickly activate the center for monitoring and controlling the ceasefire regime.
