Based on the task set by President Ilham Aliyev, this year, the works are being implemented for presentation of the record number i.e. at least 1500 apartments and individual houses by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population to martyrs’ families and disabled war veterans, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population told APA.
During the past period of this year, 554 apartments have already been presented to the aforementioned category of citizens. It has been envisaged that by the end of this year, 200+ more apartments purchased from new residential buildings and 800 individual dwelling houses will be presented to martyrs’ families and disabled war veterans.
Currently, the works are being implemented for construction of those individual houses. The construction of a part of them already nears completion, it has been planned to present them to their owners within one month in the near future.
Note that so far, 8142 apartments and individual houses have been presented by the Ministry to martyrs’ families and disabled war veterans.
