“Necessary tasks have been assigned, necessary stocks have been created regarding food supply in the country beginning from January”, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan-Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hikmat Hajiyev said at a press conference organized by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
“We have witnessed empty supermarkets in some countries. But we don’t face such cases in Azerbaijan because necessary steps have been taken. The import and export process is continued. Over 5 thousand trucks have passed through our country during the recent three months. Relevant agreement are also being concluded with our partners for the upcoming period”, he said.
