The Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan is being amended in connection with the Victory Day, APA reports.
The bill was included in the agenda of the meeting of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis to be held in a video conference tomorrow.
According to the proposed amendment to the Labor Code, November 8 will be Victory Day every year.
Victory Day will be a non-working holiday.
It should be noted that the bill was prepared in accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev "On the establishment of Victory Day in the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated December 3, 2020.
