Armenian separatists in Garabagh are holding a protest rally on the Aghdam-Khankandi road, near Asgaran, to prevent the delivery of the food cargo of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) to Khankandi, APA reports.

The video footage APA obtained shows that in fact, they have blocked the road. The fact that the Armenians, who allegedly told the world that there was a "humanitarian disaster" in Khankandi, obstructed the arrival of the food cargo from Azerbaijan is racist, and this behavior should be seriously condemned by the international community.

Note that two trucks loaded with a total of 40 tons of flour sent from Baku by the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society to meet the needs of Armenian-origin residents of Garabagh have been waiting in front of the post of the Russian peacekeepers on the Aghdam-Asgaran-Khankandi road since August 29. Employees of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society and volunteers spend the night in tents set up in the area.
