18 issues were debated and adopted in today’s sitting of Azerbaijani parliament, APA reports. The draft law on geographical names was mainly debated. The draft law was presented by parliamentarian Fazail Ibrahimli. He said the draft determines legal principles of naming geographical places, restoring and changing their names, specifying names of geographical places, their usage and preserving. The draft passed the first reading.
The draft laws on internal auditing, insurance of auditor’s civil responsibility, state debts passed the third reading. The laws on industrial and domestic waste, law on medications, and service in prosecutor’s bodies were amended. Bills on giving the status of settlement to the village of Erkivan of Masalli region, making changes in administrative territorial division of the regions of Aghdam, Terter, Beylegan and agreements on bilateral cooperation of Azerbaijan and other countries were adopted. /APA/
