Despite suffering a 2-1 defeat at home in the first leg, Akhisarspor managed to beat Galatasaray 2-0.
Galatasaray defender Maicon was shown a second yellow card in the 77th minute to leave his team with ten men on the field.
The second leg of the other semifinal match will oppose Fenerbahce and Besiktas at Sukru Saracoglu Stadium on Thursday evening.
