"As we all know that due to climate changes, global warming all countries are facing massive challenges, including deforestation, flooding, drought, etc., these catastrophes also impact people's lives," said Pakistani Ambassador to Azerbaijan Bilal Hayee, APA reports.
Diplomat also noted that some countries, some people contribute to these kinds of challenges with their actions: "International community should pay more attention to such cases, should try to prevent devastation against nature in the future.
I have had an opportunity to visit a part of liberated territories of Azerbaijan. I have seen wide-scale destruction with my own eyes. It is really hard to see these ruins, the settlements have been destroyed, completely destroyed. So, steps should be taken to prevent the recurrence of these cases, to prevent such damage to nature, the ecology of any country in the future.
